Terms and Conditions

1. This program runs from 1st October 2009 to 31st December 2009.
2. This program is applicable to McAfee Security Alliance Partners only in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka
3. The rewards will be paid in Indian Rupees to the partner sales representative.
4. Eligibility criteria for products under the sales rewards program is as below:
   • McAfee Total Protection for Endpoint - Upgrades not eligible
   • McAfee Total Protection for Secure Business - Upgrades are eligible
   • McAfee Total Protection for Endpoint - Essential - Upgrades not eligible
   • McAfee Total Protection Service - Minimum claim amount should be USD 20 (INR 1000)
5. Products not eligible for incentive under this program are:
• Professional Services
• Support purchases of the appliances
• Products that are purchased by customers under special bid arrangement
• Renewal deals
6. When claiming, please fill out the following information in the claim form:
• License grant number
• Customer name
• Product sold
• Total quantity
7. McAfee reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify this program at any time without prior notice.
8. All claims must be submitted by 15th January 2010.

10. Please note that the order for all the above mentioned eligible products should to be billed only with McAfee Authorized to Distributors only. viz. Neoteric Infomatique Ltd., Redington, Inflow Technologies, Ingram Micro.

Deal Registration Rebate rules

1. Deal Registration rebate runs from 1st July 2009 to 31st December 2009.
2. One claim per registered deal per customer.
3. Claim must be submitted within one month of deal registration being accepted by McAfee whether the deal has closed or not.
4. Deal Registrations that have expired and been resubmitted are not eligible to claim.
5. Only PremierPartners and ElitePartners are eligible to register deals.
6. More information on the deal registration program is available at http://www.mcafeepartner.com/ (login required).
7. The rewards will be paid in USD to the partner sales representative at the prevailing McAfee rate.
8. The band for Deal Registration is calculated based on the wholesale value nett to McAfee in USD at the prevailing McAfee Rate.
9. When claiming, please fill out the following information in the claim form:
   • McAfee Deal Registration Number
   • Customer name
   • Product Registered
   • Deal Size

9. Distributors provide the incentives to the participating reseller organization. The partner organization decides on the distribution of incentive internally
10. McAfee accepts the legitimacy of claims in good faith and on the basis of information received.
11. Taxation obligations are the sole responsibility of the claimant (Reseller/Partner)
12. McAfee reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify this program at any time without prior notice.
