McAfee Rewards
1st Febuary 2008 to 30th June 2008

Terms and Conditions:

1. This program runs from 1st February 2008 to 30th June 2008.
2. HK$7.5 per node up to a maximum of HK $3,750 per customer sale
   (so 520 nodes OR 1,000 nodes pays HK $3,750)
3. Applicable to NEW business for all eligible products
4. Applicable to Competitive Upgrade for all eligible products except TOPS Service (previously McAfee Total Protection for Small Business)
5. This program is applicable to McAfee Security Alliance Partners only in Hong Kong
6. The rewards will be paid in HKD to the partner sales representative at the prevailing McAfee rate.
7. Products not eligible for incentive under this program are:
   • Professional Services
   • Support purchases of the appliances
   • Products that are purchased by customers under special bid arrangement
   • Renewal deals
8. When claiming, please fill out the following information in the claim form:
   • License grant number
   • Customer name
   • Product sold
   • Total quantity
9. Minimum claim amount from a partner sales rep must be$HKD 375 or more. This may consist of multiple orders adding up to at least 50 nodes.
10. All claims must be submitted by 15th April  2008 for Q1 and 15th July 2008 for Q2

9. Distributors provide the incentives to the participating reseller organization. The partner organization decides on the distribution of incentive internally
10. McAfee accepts the legitimacy of claims in good faith and on the basis of information received.
11. Taxation obligations are the sole responsibility of the claimant (Reseller/Partner)
12. McAfee reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify this program at any time without prior notice.
